It started back in 2010, the Rancher and the Chef had a ranch dinner at Fallon Hills Ranch, just outside Tomales. It was there, when we both understood that we had a mutual desire to support local Ranching, as well as procuring excellent food for large gatherings. This is where Graze Local Catering was born.
Fast forward a few years and another opportunity surfaced. Our mutual friend, Rick Warkel, owner of Calistoga Catering, approached us to acquire his business and we graciously accepted.This merge will allow Chef Rick to ease into retirement and at the same time allow us to carry on his high level of food and service. We will continue to work with the Calistoga Catering mantra of highest quality ingredients, professionalism and highest standard of work ethic from our Chefs and our Service staff.
